The Customer Should Pay the Cab Fare as Agreed on the Time of Booking and as per Actuals when the Ride Completes.In case any issue with the Fare Please feel to Contact our Support Team immediately.

Toll, Parking or State tax or any other are charges of ride not included in the bill Should Pay by Customer only as Per Actuals.

In One way Drops of Outstation Return Tolls and KMs will be Calculated and Should Bare by Customer Only.

Local Drops and Hourly Packages are Permitted in City limits only.

Car AC will be Off on Hilly or Ghat Sections and also when the Vehicle is not in Motion. The customer is also not expected to request driver to make the AC on in Such Cases it will not be Granted.

Any form of discounts are only applicable only on the basic fare and cannot be made available on extra charges like toll, taxes, charges on for extra Kms consumed if applicable, charges for extra hours consumed if applicable, driver allowance, parking, night charges, unless specified.

The vehicle booked will be subject to availability. In a case where the car booked is not available on the day of travel the customer will be provided with an alternative equivalent vehicle in the similar segment as applicable.

Customer is liable to pay for any additional distance traveled and also for additional hourly charges if applicable. Any unscheduled changes will attract additional charges as applicable.

All bookings under consideration are on a calendar day basis i.e. from midnight 12:00 AM to midnight 11:59PM. As an example for a cab booked for 1st JAN where the pickup time is 4:00 p.m. the booking will be valid till 1st Jan 11:59 p.m. and not 2nd Jan 4:00 p.m.

Cabs that are booked for outstation (ie:-One way, round trip & multicity) cannot be used for local travel after retunring back.

Bookings include one way transfer either from airport or railway station to a single location or vice versa. Pickups or drops from multiple locations are not included in such bookings.(ie:-the actual Fares may Differ)

The number of days will be calculated as calendar days(12:00 AM to 11:59pm). & Driver beta is separate for every calendar day

Starting Point for Both Time and Kms Will be calculated from the Customer Point

In some Cases if customer Pickup location is out of our Serviceable Area the Kms Start and End will be Calculated from Garage Limits it will be Informed By our Team to your Over Phone on the Time of Booking.

In Some Cases the Vehicle Reporting May get Delayed due to any Natural Obstructs or Traffic Jam or by Any Other Reasons, JKR Cabs is not Responsible in Such cases it is purely depends on Driver Conditions.

No Alcohol Consumption By any of the Passenger During the Trip, If such Regulations Violated, the Driver will Directly Report to the Nearest Police Station and Will be Regulated Under Government Act.

Cancellation Policy:-

You may cancel the booking 24 hour prior to the time of journey, without any cancellation charges for all services.

In case cancellation is requested after the Driver starts from the Location it will not be accepted 12% of the Booking amount will be Charged.

Once the Customer Booked a Package and it will not be Changed after the Ride Starts.
